Meal Plans

From my history of being a multiple world record holding powerlifter and former bodybuilder/strongman,  I have studied the ways that the body reacts to diets and meal plans for many years now and have come up with an easy way to reach whatever goal you may have.  Whether you want to gain muscle and strength or lose weight and tone up, it's not as hard as you think.  However, when you start this journey, remember that a diet is the way you eat, it's a lifestyle and represents part of who you are.  It's not a quick and easy process.  The more thought and dedication you put into this, the more you get out of it.  It's not that hard, it's just learning the steps of what to do and when to do it.

Fitness Plans

Having competed at the highest levels of Powerlifting I have developed a method that I adapt to your fitness journey to produce the results you are looking for. My clients range from novice, striving to become stronger and leaner, to competitive atheletes preparing for their next competition. I create each client a daily program that adjusts each week as you progress along your journey. Please note that due to the level of engagement required This is a very limited client list and openings are extremely limited.
